Beth came with a plan and price. We talked and agreed on price.She set up meeting with a house setup person who recommended several items to present the house better. Also used professional photographer to take pictures for listing,Sold house within couple of weeks.Then helped negotiate through the inspection processWe had a lengthy time to closing due to a necessary repair.
